Cole Hansell Bio

I'm a recent graduate from University of Washington's Undergraduate Physiology program. I will be collecting DOC samples for analysis ashore at Craig Carlson's UCSB lab to help further our understanding of the carbon cycle within the southern ocean. I am excited to represent Carlson's lab aboard the Nathaniel B. Palmer and help others in their collection work as well. Outside of my adoration for the ocean, I have interests in exploring and documenting new places through a photographic lens. I look forward to sharing my experience aboard the ship with you through the data and pictures I collect!
